Over the years I have come to accept that some people, some of the time can be vile, cruel and vindictive creatures. I have lost 3 jobs because I ignored this simple truth. I cannot afford to lose the job I have now.
Because of this I am trying to work, with a very simple rule at work.
“Women don’t exist. If they did, They would not be available. If they were, they are not interested in me as a man.”
This is not an easy rule for me, as I am, like many guys, almost instantly struck in a very primal way, by a female that is attractive to me. Forcing myself to behave as if such primal facets of my being do not exist is difficult and frustrating. Another social skill I must have missed during childhood and adolescence. Oh well.
