Consider 3 districts, no parties, no money, absolute honest elections and everyone votes.
Each district elects a representative and that representative is required, by law to represent the majority of the people in that district.
District one, two people said “yes”, one said “no”.
The majority said YES.
District two, two said “yes”, one said “no”.
The majority said YES.
District three, zero people said “yes”, three said “no”.
The majority said no.
The majority of the people, FIVE of them said NO!
The minority, Only FOUR said YES.
The representatives voted two to one and the decision of CONGRESS, was YES.
The MAJORITY of the people said NO!!
What the hell kind of bullshit system is that, huh??

We assume that if every person elected to congress did factually represent the majority of people within their each respective district, that the result of the process THEY use, of voting on that decision, will in fact represent the majority decision of the entire nations public.
Notice if each member of congress did that, there would not be any corruption, no money, no dishonesty, etc etc.
So, consider this example of that process, simplified to the best case scenario, I described above, of every member of congress behaving as a true representative:

We RELY on that process FOR REPRESENTATION AS A NATION, and it DOES NOT WORK!

Please consider this situation carefully.
Consider 3 voting districts. ONLY 3 districts.
Each District has 10,000 voters.
We are going to consider two separate decision processes.
We begin with elected representatives.
District 1 elects Robert.
District 2 elects Sally.
District 3 Elects Jim.
A decision needs to be made on whether to enact a law, about issue X.
Robert votes no.
Sally votes no.
Jim votes yes.
The law is not enacted. 2 votes no, one vote yes.
The reason each representative voted their decision, is because each of them counted votes from each of their constituents.
They voted the way the majority of people within their district indicated by their individual vote.
Now lets look at how the individuals voted within each district.
District 1, direct count was 4,863 voted yes, and 5,137 voted no.
That is why Robert voted NO, because more people in District 1 voted NO.
District 2 direct count was 4,915 voted yes, and 5,085 voted no.
That is why Sally voted NO, because more people in District 2 voted NO.
District 3 direct count was 7,156 voted yes, and 2,844 voted no.
That is why Jim voted YES, because more people in District 3 voted YES.
Now, let’s look at what the majority of people in the three districts decided by direct count.
District 1, YES count=4,863
District 2, YES count=4,915
District 3, YES count=7,156
Yes total= 16,934
District 1, NO count=5,137
District 2, NO count=5,085
District 3, NO count=2,844
No total= 13,066
3,868 MORE people voted to ENACT that law.
Not an insignificant number, it’s NOT trivial.
The districts each have an equal number of voters, and EVERY person eligible to vote, DID vote.
There was no gerrymandering, no disproportionate district sizing. No cheating or fraudulent voting and nothing was fraudulent about the counting.
The PROCESS failed. The process of electing people as representatives, and having those people vote exactly as the majority of people in their district indicated FAILED.
The PROCESS is fraudulent. It DOES NOT WORK!!!!
The use of “representatives” EVEN when they are absolutely honest and properly represent the majority decision of the people that elected them, EVEN if the representative voted against their own personal belief, STILL did not properly represent the total population majority.
This is the basis of my rejection of the elected representative model.
It simply does NOT work.
The fact that the numbers could just as easily have been such that the results match public will, and just as easily have been such that the congress vote was yes, while the public said no,
IS EXACTLY what I am saying.
We have no control, it’s flopping like a headless chicken.
It does not work.

Consider this situation.
A person is working at a business that has announced that it will host a lunch freebie for all employees.
The management tells the workers they can choose to have burgers or pizza.
That is the choice presented to the employees, burgers or pizza.
The business has 137 employees. 5 departments.
Production has 45 employees.
Management has 38 employees.
Advertising has 22 employees.
Warehouse and shipping has 19 employees.
Research and development has 13 employees.
Management tells each department to elect a representative to tell management what their department chooses.
Production votes 23-22 for pizza.
Management votes 20-18 for pizza.
Advertising votes 12-10 for pizza.
Warehouse votes 3-16 for burgers.
Research votes 6-7 for burgers.
Management tallies the representative votes, and the count is 3-2 for pizza.
However, once management tells the workers that they voted for pizza, someone says, “Wait a minute. NO, we did NOT vote for pizza. 73 of us voted for burgers, and only 64 of us voted for pizza.”
The decision made by the PROCESS that management specified, DOES NOT REPRESENT THE TRUE CHOICE OF THE EMPLOYEES.
That PROCESS is flawed!
The same damn process specified in our own damn constitution.
FLAWED, Fraudulent. MISREPRESENTATIVE.
NOTICE that it simply does not MATTER, who was elected as their “representative” in each district. As long as each person that was elected did their job, correctly, with NO corruption, then the damn PROCESS failed.
It is true that the process MIGHT result in a decision that the majority agrees with. Yet, the reality is that it’s not under the control of the people OR the government… It’s just a fucking mistake.
It’s very much like trying to drive your car to work, and sometimes it goes in reverse when you put the tranny in drive, sometimes it goes left when you turn the wheel to the right, sometimes it speeds up when you put on the brakes….
It’s not reliable, and you would not agree that the car “works”. You would demand that it gets FIXED!!!
I have developed a decision process for groups of people, (nations), that reliably does represent every person as an individual and all people as a nation.
It WORKS, it does not wander around like a drunk clown in a shit circus.
In any case, it’s about decisions.
